  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic or garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper adjust to taste
  • 1 medium Julienned Carrot or thinly sliced bell peppers
For the Wrap
  • 8 leaves Bibb Lettuce Leaves or romaine/iceberg
  • to taste Hot Mustard or Sriracha

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat a splash of olive oil over medium heat. Add the lean ground turkey, chopped jicama, and onion. Cook for about 4-6 minutes until no longer pink.
  2. Stir in soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and cayenne pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes until well combined and heated through.
  3. Add julienned carrot to the skillet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until tender.
  4. Remove skillet from heat. Fill each lettuce leaf with the turkey mixture and drizzle with hot mustard if desired.
