Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the White Layer: In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and 2 packets of unflavored gelatin over low heat, stirring gently until dissolved. Remove from heat and mix in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla vodka. Fill shot glasses and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Make the Orange Layer: In another saucepan, heat 1 cup of water and 1 packet of unflavored gelatin on low. Mix in orange Jell-O and fresh orange juice. Once white layer is set, pour over it and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
  3. Add the Final Layer: Stir yellow food coloring into the reserved white mixture and pour over the solid orange layer. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  4. Serve and Garnish: Once set, top with candy corn for garnish. Serve chilled in themed glasses.
