- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray or parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles.
- Place a mound of semi-sweet chocolate chips at the wide end of each triangle, along with optional fillings.
- Roll each triangle from the wide end to the tip, pinching the seams to secure the filling.
- Place the rolled hats on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven, cool slightly, and place a piece of candy corn on top of each hat.
