Preparation Steps
  1. Slice celery sticks into 2-inch pieces for the pumpkin stems and insert into clementines. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Mix icing sugar and cold water to achieve a thick consistency and pipe onto sweet mini peppers. Chill for 20 minutes before applying sugar eyeballs.
  3. Cut cantaloupe into cubes and assemble on skewers with black grapes and white marshmallows. Chill for 15 minutes after optional chocolate drizzle.
  4. Use a ghost-shaped cookie cutter to cut ghost shapes from white bread; fill with kid-friendly fillings and add black olive halves for eyes. Chill for 20 minutes.
  5. Peel bananas and cut in half. Dip tops in melted dark chocolate and place mini marshmallows for eyes. Allow to set for 10 minutes.
