  • 2 whole Lemons Freshly chopped, scrubbed and washed
  • 1 piece Ginger Fresh, scrubbed and washed
  • 1-2 tablespoon Raw Honey Adjust quantity to taste
  • 2 cups Coconut Water Can substitute with plain water if needed
For the Tea
  • 1 bag Mint Tea Steep in boiling water for best flavor

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a blender, add freshly chopped lemons, ginger, raw honey, and coconut water. Blend on high until smooth, about 30-60 seconds.
  2. Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray, filling each compartment evenly. Freeze overnight or for at least 6 hours.
  3. Boil water in a kettle, pour it into a mug, and add a tea bag of mint tea. Steep for about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the mint tea bag and add two frozen Starbucks Medicine Ball Cubes to the hot tea. Stir gently as the cubes melt.
  5. Taste your drink and adjust sweetness with more honey or lemon juice if desired. Serve immediately while hot.
