- In a blender, add freshly chopped lemons, ginger, raw honey, and coconut water. Blend on high until smooth, about 30-60 seconds.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray, filling each compartment evenly. Freeze overnight or for at least 6 hours.
- Boil water in a kettle, pour it into a mug, and add a tea bag of mint tea. Steep for about 5 minutes.
- Remove the mint tea bag and add two frozen Starbucks Medicine Ball Cubes to the hot tea. Stir gently as the cubes melt.
- Taste your drink and adjust sweetness with more honey or lemon juice if desired. Serve immediately while hot.
