  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce tamari for gluten-free
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar brown sugar or honey
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Paste or sriracha for milder heat

Cooking Steps
  1. Prepare Noodles: Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add wide rice noodles and cook for 4–6 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat Oil: In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil until shimmering.
  3. Sauté Aromatics: Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Cook Protein: Add 1 pound of your choice of protein and stir-fry until fully cooked.
  5. Add Vegetables: Toss in bell peppers and broccoli, stir-frying for 2 minutes.
  6. Combine Everything: Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, and sugar, tossing to combine.
  7. Serve: Plate the noodles, drizzle with remaining sauce, and enjoy!
