- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Carefully clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix chopped mushroom stems with cream cheese, sausage or bacon, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the filling into each mushroom cap.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a greased baking sheet and press an olive into each cap.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until tender and golden.
- Remove from oven, let cool, and serve warm.
