- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, dried thyme, oregano, and paprika. Mix until just combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan or shape it into a loaf on the baking sheet.
- Spread a generous layer of ketchup over the top of the shaped meatloaf.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, using a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Once cooked, let the meatloaf rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
