- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather all ingredients and equipment.
- In a mixing bowl, shred imitation crab. Add cream cheese, Kewpie mayo, and sriracha to taste. Mix until creamy.
- Cook sushi rice according to package instructions. Let cool slightly, then fold in rice vinegar. Press into greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle half of the furikake seasoning over the sushi rice. Spoon crab mixture over it, then top with remaining furikake.
- Drizzle extra Kewpie mayo and sriracha on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes until edges are bubbling and top is slightly browned.
