Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather all ingredients and equipment.
  2. In a mixing bowl, shred imitation crab. Add cream cheese, Kewpie mayo, and sriracha to taste. Mix until creamy.
  3. Cook sushi rice according to package instructions. Let cool slightly, then fold in rice vinegar. Press into greased baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle half of the furikake seasoning over the sushi rice. Spoon crab mixture over it, then top with remaining furikake.
  5. Drizzle extra Kewpie mayo and sriracha on top.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes until edges are bubbling and top is slightly browned.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with nori sheets.
