- Arrange Ritz crackers on a baking sheet and spread dulce de leche on half.
- Press remaining Ritz crackers on top to form sandwiches.
- Bake for about 5-7 minutes until dulce de leche bubbles.
- Cool slightly for about 5 minutes.
- Melt dark chocolate chips and melting wafers in microwave.
- Dip each sandwich in melted chocolate, tapping off excess.
- Place on parchment paper and sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
- Allow chocolate to set at room temperature or in the fridge for faster hardening.
