  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk optional
  • 1 tablespoon honey star ingredient
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice optional, use fresh or bottled
  • 1 cup walnuts preferably candied; pecans can be used

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a shallow dish, add flour and whisk to aerate. Dredge each shrimp in flour, then dip in eggs, coating with panko breadcrumbs. Set aside.
  2. Heat about 1 inch of oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Fry shrimp in batches, 1-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Transfer to paper towels to drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, condensed milk (if using), honey, and lemon juice until smooth. Fold in walnuts.
  4. Toss fried shrimp in the sauce, ensuring each piece is coated. Serve immediately.
