  • 2 tbls Taco Seasoning Homemade blend works well
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles Fresh alternatives can enhance the flavor
For the Cheese Mixture
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Freshly shredded melts better; can swap with Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack
  • ½ cup Ranch Dressing Homemade or spicy variants can elevate flavor
For the Shell
  • 12 pcs Phyllo Tart Shells Mini pie crusts or wonton wrappers can be used

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF (175ºC).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and canned diced tomatoes with green chiles; simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, mix shredded cheddar cheese with ranch dressing, then fold in the taco meat mixture.
  5. Fill phyllo tart shells with the mixture; prepare for baking.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
