Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat a medium pan over medium heat. Add oil and butter, allowing them to melt and combine.
  2. Add zucchini, onion, carrots, bell pepper, and frozen corn. Sauté for 5 to 7 minutes until softened.
  3. Prepare angel hair pasta according to package instructions, usually about 4-5 minutes until al dente.
  4. Remove vegetables, add ground beef to the same pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  5. Sprinkle taco seasoning and water over beef. Stir and simmer for 2 minutes until sauce thickens.
  6. Stir in garlic, jalapeno, and grape tomatoes. Sauté for an additional 5 minutes.
