- Prepare the Rosemary Simple Syrup by combining equal parts water and sugar with rosemary in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until dissolved, boil gently, steep for 10 minutes, strain and cool.
- Fill a highball glass three-quarters full with ice cubes.
- Add fresh tangerine juice until the glass is half full, then splash in the lemon juice.
- Pour the cooled rosemary simple syrup into the glass over the citrus juices.
- Top off the glass with lemon-lime soda and add club soda for extra fizz.
