- In a medium bowl, pour in ½ cup of white vinegar, ½ cup of olive oil, and ¼ cup of water. Use a whisk to combine thoroughly until well-blended.
- Squeeze in the juice of one lemon and whisk everything together for about 30 seconds until incorporated.
- Sprinkle in ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon of sugar, ½ teaspoon of garlic powder, ½ teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon each of dried oregano and dried basil, ½ teaspoon of salt, ¼ teaspoon of black pepper, and a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes. Stir well for about 1-2 minutes.
- Continue mixing until you notice a smooth and uniform texture, about 1 minute.
- Pour the dressing into a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.
- Place the jar in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to deepen.
- Give the jar a good shake before serving your dressing over salads or grilled veggies.
