  • 1 bag Chili Cheese Fritos lightly crushed; plain Fritos can be used instead.
  • Fresh Cilantro for garnish; can be omitted or replaced with green onions.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Fritos Corn Salad
  1. Gather all ingredients. Drain the corn and rinse under cold water. Finely dice the red bell pepper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix drained corn, diced red bell pepper, Mexican blend cheese, mayo, and black pepper. Fold together until well mixed.
  3. Just before serving, gently fold in the crushed Chili Cheese Fritos.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve immediately.
