Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F) and prepare the cake tins.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk until blended.
  3. Prepare the vegan buttermilk and let sit for about 10 minutes.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix gently.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Prepare the strawberry buttercream while layers cool.
  7. Make ganache by pouring hot milk over chopped chocolate and stirring until smooth.
  8. Trim the cooled cake layers and assemble with frosting.
