Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by cutting your chicken breast into bite-sized chunks or thin slices.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper for the wet batter.
  3. In another bowl, combine cornstarch with salt and pepper for the dry batter; whisk well.
  4. In a saucepan, combine buffalo sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sriracha, butter, honey, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes; simmer until thickened.
  5. Heat oil in a skillet to 350°F (175°C). Coat chicken in cornstarch, then dip in egg mixture and fry until golden brown.
  6. Remove fried chicken and let drain on paper towels; toss warm chicken in the prepared sauce to coat.
  7. Serve on a platter and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds; enjoy over jasmine rice or sautéed veggies.
