  • 12 rolls Kings Hawaiian Rolls
  • 6 oz Ham, thinly sliced Turkey or roast beef are alternatives.
  • 5 oz Salami, thinly sliced Consider turkey salami for a lighter option.
  • 5 oz Pepperoni, thinly sliced Canadian bacon offers a milder taste.
  • 9 slices Provolone Cheese Swap with mozzarella for a milder flavor.
  • cup Pepperoncini, sliced Mild banana peppers can substitute.
  • cup Pickled Hot Cherry Peppers, sliced Roasted red peppers can be used.
For the Topping
  • ¼ cup Salted Butter, melted Vegan butter is a lactose-free alternative.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning Fresh basil or oregano make great substitutions.
  • 2 cloves Garlic, crushed Garlic powder can be used but fresh is best.
For Serving
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce Any tomato-based dipping sauce works well.

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather ingredients and prepare your baking sheet.
  2. On a large baking sheet, place the bottom half of the Kings Hawaiian Rolls side by side. Layer ham, salami, and pepperoni on the rolls.
  3. Arrange provolone slices on top, followed by pepperoncini and pickled hot cherry peppers. Close with the top half of the rolls.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Italian seasoning, and crushed garlic until combined.
  5. Brush the top of the assembled sliders generously with the butter mixture.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  7. Remove, let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve with marinara sauce.
