- Soak wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes if using. Melt a tablespoon of butter and brush it on the shrimp. Sprinkle Old Bay seasoning over shrimp and let marinate.
- In a medium saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium-low heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes, stirring until thickened. Gradually add Parmesan cheese and basil, stirring until smooth.
- Season Ribeye steaks with salt and pepper. Preheat grill to medium-high heat and cook steaks for about 4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Grill shrimp over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
