Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes if using. Melt a tablespoon of butter and brush it on the shrimp. Sprinkle Old Bay seasoning over shrimp and let marinate.
  2. In a medium saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium-low heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes, stirring until thickened. Gradually add Parmesan cheese and basil, stirring until smooth.
  3. Season Ribeye steaks with salt and pepper. Preheat grill to medium-high heat and cook steaks for about 4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. Grill shrimp over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  5. Plate the grilled Ribeye and shrimp, then drizzle with the creamy Parmesan sauce and garnish with parsley if desired.
